This look like hooked fr reservior ray. If there is no hook inside then gd water parimeter with some Melafix for healing shld be ok.

Lower flippers curl up until like a kkj???
If it's real than really a eye opener for me lor cos I only seen rays flippers resting above their disc due to bad water perimeter.. |

cant b e filpper is too long away from e disc.. BT ts sei is a she.. blur... I think this ray still can b help..
