Temperature seems to be on the high side and resulting lesser DO in water. Are those new fishes or already in the current tank for quite some time?

Those fish are new.
Currently Temperature at quarantine tank are at 30degC. No chiller at this moment.

I just drained out 2 bug pail of water from the main tank and top up with new tap water.
I test the pH of the HDB tap water was 7.4. After adding in anti chlorine/ammonia powder the pH measured was 8.2.

Now my main tank no fish.
Still under monitoring.

My Alto. are very well in the quarantine tank with other fishes.
pH at this tank now at 7.4.
