Please observe if the wound came from the biting of the other female or tank mates? Meanwhile simply perform frequent small water change to maintain good water condition.

Your other ray has been biting this ray. Better to separate them until the ray recover from the injury. No need to use salt or medication.

Females fighting with each other ? Would that be the problem? Although seldom see such fights happening unless hungry.. Correct me if I'm wrong

Bro seldom doesn't mean never. It depends on the characters of the fish too.

as long as it feeds it will be ok. u might like to put in some melafix for external wounds to speed up the process though it is not critical. Just maintain quality water.

for ray keep, try to keep it simple, dont need to add this and that.. I think heater is not necessary also..

simply keep water PH at 6.5 to 6.8, try to maintan constant
keep water parameter clean, remove uneaten food, replace filter wool often
can add salt, but must dissolve first and try not to pour direclty above the ray.

for your case, try to find what the real cause, might be bitten by other ray? or ray disc go into the pump and get cut? it your tank and you can roughly figuer out what go wrong..

meanwhile, just maintain good water and add malefix and primfix.. but do add only half dose.
