I use an external tank-top mounted flash. That resolves pretty much most of the issues with lighting. Settings-wise, u can just play ard with your ISO and shutter speeds.

Thanks, bro. Size ard 16-17" thereabouts. Been with me since March this year. Came in at ard 13".
