HDB owner given rebate and rebate amt more then the tax increase amt. If i read correctly, they wan correct $$ from private property owner

Rebate rebate rebate, if you can give rebate why increase in the first place?

Give one time rebate, make it seems like the increase is minimal. NEXT year jialat, b'cos no rebate. Same pattern as GST. Sg gov very smart, always give rebate when they intro increase tax.
