Default The Design & Setup III

1k) The tank was designed based on proper safety requirement.

Outlook wanted

Designed as

i) Type of Material for Tank Used:
Clear Plexiglass Acrylic sheet, thickness 50mm

ii)Tank construction:
Using chemical bonding

iii) Why Acrylic was chosen instead of Glass?
Primarily factor is the maga size where the length is 4m and height is 1.6m.
No original glass with silicon joint can offer a safe design in comparsion to acrylic. This is because acrylic tank

a. possesses strong sustainability and strong anti-impulse force (16 times as strong as ordinary glass).

b. provides better Diaphaneity, the diaphaneity may reach above 95% which has a clear quality equal to crystal

c. has fine properties of weather resisting as well as acid and alkali resistance, which can avoid phenomena of yellowness and hydrolytic spoilage due to its being exposed to rain and sunlight year in and year out.

d. has light self-weight; it is half the weight compared to the ordinary glass of same thickness, which makes the overall structure is lighter and support bear smaller load.

e. is brilliant color and high brightness; no other materials including glass can match that.

f. processes strong plasticity; it can be easily shaped and processed.

Following is the sailent feature of Acrylic
