yes.. ray with this kinda base colour will turn black in future..

another question i would like to ask ray masters is in 1 brooder of hybrid ray pups will all 100% look like what TS posted or some siblings will be dark brown base with creamy spots instead?

Is it guaranteed this pair offspring will also be same as parents?

I no master.. just sharing with my limited knowleadge..

In a batch of hybrid or P13sp.. not every pcs looks alike.. only 1 or 2 pcs is very nice and it's likely to be a male too.. some others pups will have longer tail or elongated paddles too.. this is what I call "throw backs".. it comes from the genetics of the earlier crossing (eg like pearl.. henlei etc)

You can let the same pair of parent breed for a few more time but you might just won't get another pcs like that again hence price of nice hybrid is always higher than a normal looking BDs..

Just my 2 cents..

Let me tell u why bro azon didnt buy, U had already given him the ans. U already say u wont buy as not white thou pattern v nice. If is pure white, price will be sky high, will u still buy? Basically hobbyist mentally here is as long as is black white pattern not nice nvrmd, just buy. So no breeding value for him if he sell his pups locally lor.

Other pples may appreciate the rays differently regardless of name or colour but will look at its over all. I kn of some frds really appreciate rays by itself, ask me Tay, pls find super spots motoro for me pls Btw this frd had many BDs. Thus, it really depneds on the mentality of rays keepers here. Basically, breeders everywhere will produce wat the buyers wan.

Local here like B&W and branding, so many fake BDs fr Thai comes here sell cheap cheap, and selling v well. Is the mkt demand lor. BTW some dont even look like BDs, but cos is selling as BDs, so pple still buys regardless of how ugly the rays look.



These my personal opinion not aiming at breeders, TS, anyone, is only a general comments ya. Thks u for ur understanding.
