If you are using strong power head, and the pattern of water input is like Resun type, then it's better to get a sponge to protect anything from vacuuming into it (but you have to wash the sponge regularly). My anemone almost got into the powerhead few months ago, luckily I got home early that day, and manage to remove it. My purple tang also kena suck and stuck at the power head input, but I was around that time, manage to save it. Agree with bro monsterz, don't add any live stock for the time being. Take good care of those fishes in the pail, I'm sure they can survive through. Since your live rock already contained all the necessary b.bacteria, I don't think you have to cycle through the whole process again, all bros, do you all agree or he should cycle again?

i 'rebot' my tank. 3ft.add planktons n some bacteria. water is clear now. fishes in pail still alive.
my powerhead. BOYU SP-1300 50hz 18w Hmax 0.9m Qmax 900L/h no skimmer no chiller. ATMAN exernal filter. Hmax 1.7m Qmax 450L/h 1 blue light n 1 red light. tt's wad the shop uncle told me. |
