So what did EdwinTong do?
We shld separate highly paid specialist consultants with specific skills and MPs and Minister. There is no point in hiring a highly paid specialist as an MP and then saying we need to pay him so much. He was being paid for his original skillset. If this skillset is needed by the govt then pay him as a consultant say and he can be directly accountable to produce for this skillset. To hire a high paying lawyer as an MP and than saying we need to to pay MPs that much is ridiculous. If he wants to be paid so much, dont be in public service. Be a specialist consultant to the govt. Else it will be messy what he is being paid for. How come none of his kakis have come out to back him (GCT) when he spoke about ministerial's salary?? Or even "denounced" him?
So they all agreed with him or the "party's whip" is in play that no one is allowed to comment? Was listening to this....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC3Ru7m1Fu4 |
