Very good scaping. What I particularly adore is the hardscape. Very good choice and placement of rocks and wood.
BTW, bottom right area, there seems to be a hole. Is that on purpose or do you intend to fill it up more? |

That difficult to answer. The longest part is collecting the material, wood and stones. Once the material ready, planting is very fast. However is it not one time setup and finish. I did modification couple of times along the way. Mainly changing some plants. For example the hairgrass behind, it was initially E.tennelus but E.tennelus curve down so it look weird . The C.wentii 'brown' on the right was added later to smooth the transition between E.tennelus and Rotalla sp green. etc
The age of the setup is around one year. Have to tear down because the bracing give away . Well what you expect, I got the tank FOC from neighbor |

The only algae on the glass is green spot algae, difficult to prevent it but easy to remove. Use old credit card to scape it off. I'm assuming your tank made from glass.
And if your tank have many red color plant, in my opinion black would be better. |

Not sure about turning yellow because mine is not actually stick to the glass. So I can change whenever I want, white, black or blue. It is just plastic, you won't see it on the photo
