What the cloudiness around the eye or on the eye is its actually a infection that has taken hold

it can take up to a month of antibiotic treatment to clear up a bacterial infection once it is established inside the eye - if the infection remains external, the best way to treat it is to treat the tank with Melafix it is a great product that should help clear up the infection. Just follow the instructions on the back and make sure to do the water change. Im sure you do but i will just remind you that it is very important to keep the water very clean so that infections dont happen to wounds

Another alternative is Maracyn or Maracyn-Two. These are very good antibiotics used in the treatment of Body Fungus, Fin and Tail Rot, Gill Disease and Popeye. One tablet per 10 gallons of water every 24 hours

Is she eating? - feeding antibiotic-soaked food would be more efficient than adding meds to the water

Eye infections are difficult to treat.

Good luck to you and your fishy
