how much water did u change ? was it more than one third ?

i changed like 20% with conditioner added before putting into tank. i will keep you guys updated after i do another water change tomorow.

Seem like your air exchange within the tank is not enough. Since now it is fine, try not to do anything to it and at the same time, maybe you can try to improve your air exchange.
