Thanks for your input bro. I use stress coat so that should get rid some of the chroine right? I don't understand the aging water and the AC part. What is AC=? Sorry I'm new at this so please enlighten me.

AC= Active Carbon black in colour. Goto LFS they know!

in simple terms, aging water = store the water in a spare container/tank before adding into ur actual aquarium tank. it facilitates dissipation of dissolved chemicals like Cl.

AC = Activated Carbon.

Oh ok I'll try that. My filter does have active carbon in it.

Add a fast swimmer tank mate to distract him. Usually tail biting is alone aro. Get a hook, blood parrot, silver dollar, etc to catch its attention from tail biting! I have seen using this mehtod helps! Cheers!
