hi bro, ur water is bit low, i also dun know how to advise

but if you have added salt before, maybe what you can do now is do a weekly water change to ensure good water parameter.
If you previouly dose with medicaion, please put in charcoal for 2 -3 dayfor it to remove the it, and take out after that.
then do a water change.
Hope other bro can advise more
