Hear there is a case where by they got caught by the sea side while off loading .

is it against the law to collect sand, rock, seawater from beaches and sea?
seen some pple doing it using shovels and wheelbarrow at east coast before...

Up to discretion of the authorities, but Labrador Park is a declared protected area hor, don't try there cos I go fishing there always see a group of park rangers doing patrol, and they will not hesistate to issue fines.
