Aro is still small.. should i trim the barbels or wait for another few months?

Don't take risk by trimming it oh....wait for few months first...but of course, water parameter must be tip top conditions...oh..

Read this somewhere from this forum a few years back. Aros use their barbels as sensors when they are in the dark to 'feel around'.

Cover up all the sides of your tank for a few days and see if it will straightens because your aro will make use of its barbels. Keep it in total darkness.

Also, like alot of bros here said, your water parameters must be good to aid the process.

Cheers

paiseh bro
Now then saw ur thread.
Is ur aro stable and swim confidently inside the tank?
My ex-red when i bought it back from LFS, also crossed barbel. At that time, the aro is very timid and very unstable. But after conditioning the aro, the barbel straighten itself without meddling with the water parameter.
Just to share my humble experience
