seem like u have enough aeration. pple said the minimum size of the tank for aro is 4ftx2ftx2ft. if the lenght of your fish is about the width of your tank then is about time for u to change to bigger tank. if u wish to buy the medication, u may go to clementi blk328 and approach the aunty.

only by changing water can improve the situation.......add some salt and increase aeration as well..
