ph too low. harder water with ph abt 7 would be good. add coral chips in ur water to buffer.

i suggest u to try a little epson salt....
change 1/2 of ur water, clean ur filter... at a little epson salt 1:5 normal salt and dun feed for one day... feed on the second day... that's one reson y i dun like to feed life... sure got something happen one...
