how do u guys manage to breed snails? got tips?

how many should i get? i got 2 apple snails but they ignore each other.

IMO, 2 apple snails abit too little to breed bro. Getting between 5 to 10 will have higher chances of breeding. I have a tank with 10 apple snails in my office...hopefully i can see eggs next monday.

Go get somemore....

can get 5 apple 5 ramshorns? will inter breed?

icic..
what kinda cichlids you keep them with anyway?

for me..
i just noticed another 3 small snails..
i think they camoflauge very well with my reddish color aquaclay substrat..
very hard to find them..
unless see closely that they are moving..

the common ramshorns cannot inter-breed...

and the apple snails would take out any ramshorn eggs, if any...

i think he meant cross breed apples and ramshorn is it?

yupz... the common ramshorns are asexual... so totally no chance to x-breed out of their gene pool naturally....

unless do hybridizing in lab to come out with a mutant snail..
