Chances are the Tiger overstretched its mouth.
Similar to humans getting a lockjaw when they yawn too hard. |

last time one of my big IT also like that. Don't know why Tigers like to stretch their mouth. sad to say, after few days, the IT gone. Hope yours will recover.
