But now i set my room temperature to 25 deg.. Everyone, including me and the discus are happy! they even laid eggs! muahahah!

Noisy? Im already used to the wildlife sound lahh. Been in jungles like an idiot for the past 2 years.. hahaa so used to it liao!

bro, usually pp use heater when they discus is sick or showing signs of distress.
Bring up the water temperature will fasten the life cycle of the bacteria in the water. while treating the discus and fastening the life cycle of the bacteria, they will die off wif no chance to reproduce due to the medications in the water.

This way the discus will recover fast.

thanks for the info bro.. now i'm using it only on the breeding tank.. cause the breeding tank is in my air con room lah.. so im regulating the temperature of the breeding tank at 29-30 deg...

i never switch on 24 hrs laa..

its just that, i will switch it on at night.. usually 2-3 hrs during the night.
