Put an airstone in the sump to keep the BB alive, lower down the water level in the main tank, put in an OHF or canister or internal filter with media from sump, but ensure the flowrate from the outlet do not further stress the aro. Hope for the best.
I've not lowered the water till now. Instead I've added 1 kg of non-iodided salt and some blackwater. Had removed her tankmates to the lower sump tank; 6 KKP which kept picking on her finnages. If tomorrow she's still the same, will have no choice but to lower the water level liao...
No choice the BB in sump tank have to sacrifice as adding airstones into the sump will not keep the BB alive. They need continous flow of water with oxygen...

No worries bro... the BB can stay alive with just an airstone. If you so worry, just add in a powerhead in the last compartment and do a loop again.

It isn't going to be easy to cure internal injury substained by such impact.
There are couple of fish doctors in Singapore who has been accredited for their effort in treatment of arowana. Just that being a hobbiyist, we tend to treat our fishes till it die
Bringing your aro to vet now is too stressful at this stage.

How's your aro? It's sad to hear. Mayeb best to starve the fish so she will absorb the eggs.
