Bro koji and zhizz,
wat is good for medication for big fish..?
i been using melafix and primafix whenever i change water for all my fishes..
to keep them healthy and repair torn fins
but find it costly in long run...any good recommedation..?

You mean split finage due to com tank? I dont use any in mine.

Like Koji said, you can try not to use anything but keep water clean and you get the same outcome.
