Nice pic.
I think there is a jet of water flowing into the center of the circle. (from powerhead, OHF, HOF?) the shrimps are gathering around the jet, to feed or just to enjoy the water flow.

dun know leh............. i think they feeding la, cos i can see their hands very busy. But to circle in such a neat style, is realy hard to come by leh.
