ime they like it quite warm about 86-88F and high pH about 7.7 or so.
w/c also about 1/wk. they prefer it quite clean. yes part of the fun of keeping louhan is learning what your fish responds to, like uncle kaoluo said each has it's own preference |

Water change same like what Boss Vincent said but for me I put abit of baking soda not baking power make water ph high 7.8 and stable - 1teaspoon of baking soda to 19liter of water and salt 1teaspoon also stir first before pour at the tank .

In Thailand i focus at Chlorine in the water because it can make my fish die...then i change water 100% every 10 days.But for grow my fish i always follow how to develope of all my batch.The fish size important for tank size too.If tank is big the fish can grow very fast...any question you all can ask me if i know i will share my experience.Thank you

Sorry to ask u one Q ? .. for ur water to change fill in fish tank ,, hunman cannot drink ? in spore humam cam drink ... if this different to spore water ?why ur side water dun need to add in salt ? maybe ur water aready have mix underground sea water right ?sorry to learn ...
