Lesson learnt - Gd to find out the root cause first before using any medicine for treatment of livestocks...there is no room for error if wrong medication is used...just my 2 cents..

Looks bad. But pretty sure cannot be Melafix and Pimafix as 2 caps each is considered under dose.
How is the aro? Is it active and feeding? Try not to feed feeders now as it might intro more diseases. What i will do I will continue the treatment with melafix and salt. When dosing melafix, you need extra air stones in the tank. |

Bro,
From your pic, seems like scale burn... You got check your ph?? I would strongly recommend you to use multi-cure as my aro previously suffered similar symtom like your's... isolate it if possible ( but remember to check the ph of your medication tank as compared to your current one to prevent ph shock) |

it seem like PH burn to me. it will take a long time to heal. check your PH level and other parameter. if the PH level within 6.5-7.5 it should be alright. put a heater and set it to 30 degree and add salt.
