What is this lump on my BP

The 3 fighting against the LH are male, as they have the white sharper "thing" protruding out from their anus...the female's have the thicker one is for laying eggs...they shld spawn within these few days, but the males are infertile, so dun expect to have any fries...unless LH...

Still no spawning yet... should I do anything to them? Remove all males, or remove any particular fishes?
