Hmm i use to face that maybe you want to consider DIy the thermostat out to read the temp direct from tank. it will greatly improve the cut in and out.

I see, SS pipe should be able to find in Sg but hard to work on, it it not easy to wield like copper pipe.

Yea boss if using compressor need the SS flexible easier to work on with SS hard piping it will be hard to work especially the welding issue if not done properly will leak.

Due to the many turn on the stainless steel pipe and the water in the 2nd tank it will make chilling of the water longer. I mean this are budget setup as compare to running more than 1 chiller or having it in a 24/7 aircon room (unless like bai office got space la 24/7 also no need worried) Or having all your eggs in 1 basket reason. I wish to experience with different water parameter in this case it allow me to do so without the sharing the water.
