i didn't realize that it is a pregnant guppy, until about one week later, i was shock to see so many fries in the tank

With 50 tetras in a 1ft tank, I'd be surprised if your guppy fries are getting any feeding at all. If you really do not want to keep the fries, I suggest you put them up for adoption in the B/S section. Free things sure very fast get snapped up. But seriously, you do need a bigger tank. You can also check out B/S for bros selling complete setups with filtration, medias and the works. All you is a form of transport to bring everything back to your house.
