The most common cause of cloudy eyes in aquarium fish seems to be poor water quality, especially when the pH drops too low.

Thanks a lot for all the helpful links bro. Indeed my PH was too low. Been doing partial water changes every 2 days and dosing with API melafix. Fish seems to be healing up nicely and is eating well.
