we have oversupply of ex-engineers in teaching, can't we convert them into the new areas? still engineers.
I thought the job market not doing well, why offers it to foreigners? can we also convert our poly graduate since garment said degree is not necessary. |

I believe this is the fastest way to get talents in the field they want. However I wonder if those they hired are up to standard. I had come across lousy FT it engineers in my field of work. I wonder how they getin some times.
I believe there is a local shortage in cyber security as classes are mostly filled with indians or pinoys when I went for a certification on network sercurity and administration a few years back. Even the teachers are not local. |

Even in gov hospital also flooded with foreign doc. Go there for treatment also scared. Where our local doc goes? Go private or becoming FT elsewhere?
