Hi bro thanks! According to bro flair, you can use those big suckers you find at hardware shops and pull the plastic out.. Its gonna be hard with fishes in tank espescially when mine is 1 pc.. But i dont intend to take it out haha.. Also according to flairs dimensions, i minus a few mm from both length and breath so when taking out itll be easier!

Hi bros,
I am interested to have a acrylic base for my 4 x 1.5 x 1.5ft tank There is no bottom bracing. Only top euro bracing and a center bracing. Any advice on the number of pieces I should divide the base into? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I suggest 1 whole pc for ur 4ft base. Will trap less dirt. 3mm acrylic will do.

Ok , quite free today so post some pics here to share how to measure.
This is top view of the tank . If u use this way to measure , make sure your bottom bracing same size as the top . ( Measuring tape just measure from the top follow my drawing red line . If want to use 2 pcs , just divide into half ) So far I know of a bro using 1 whole pc acrylic for the base of his 4.7ft long tank . |

This one is the tricky part EOS which I get to ask a lot ,
Actually , very simple . Just take A minus B = C & D dimension . Simple ? ( Everything measure from the top , not put the measuring tape inside ur tank hoh ) Last edited by Flairtender; 19-07-2014 at 05:53 PM. |
