Substitute the coarse aquarium with EIHO water stabilizer. If you want to give your betta an extra tonic u can add the ocean free vitamin complex. By the way what type of betta u are keeping as WC every 2 days seem too much. How many percent u WC?

I ever tried before one week once but fish seems to fall ill easily..

Don't want to take the risk as my fav monster copper die cos of that...

I only pellets twice a day and on Saturday I feed market prawn after which I do a 100% water change

Dun use the purple one. If you look at the ingredients of the purple one there is no presence of garlic and there is artificial colour enhancer inside. The green packet that I am using contain garlic which is great for the well being of your Bettas and dun have artificial colour enhancer. If you want I can pass you some to try out on your Bettas first.
