can this thing be done on a case to case basis?

case by case LAGi shiong for them i guess.............

I agree that case by case is very tedious for the mods.
What happens if the mods miss one or two cases?
Will they be accused of being unfair?

i think when i meant case to case basis
means some one complains
and its obvious
like xx thread got ppl constantly spamming certain shop name

n the mods go see if its true

or when the mods do their routine "patrols"

I really wonder..... since this is a hobbyist forum..... do we really need so much rules and pts system....
