I'm really curious... Is there such a thing as too much light for plants? Factoring away algae issues and fert requirements. Will plants be adversely affected when light is "too strong" ?

There are indeed a possibilty of having too much light for your plants, some plants need low light and some need high light.. depends on what plants you keep...

Okay. Let's level the comparisons by saying now they are all light-demanding plants....
Will they be affected adversely if there's too intense lighting? |

intense light must accompanied with enough fertilzer for the plants to make food then will grow nicer...
Eg: if you grow glosso, the one with high light, the glosso will creep and will not grow tall, if light is not enough, you might notice that glosso will grow taller and taller. on the other hand, if you grow nana type of plant, high light might kill the plant or algea will grow on the leaves where low light, the plant will grow well... |
