This is where I bought BBS eggs.

Cheaper than those I bought at LFS.

It also sells a BBS hatchery dish

I transfer the BBS from my own bottle hatchery (tuned for stronger airflow) to this dish (tuned to weaker airflow) after 24 hours.

It is easy to separate those early hatchers as they will swim to the center filter (hence easy to feed) & those which havent hatched will stay inside the dish & bubbled till they do.
