Colour hard to compare with online pic.
Yellow alto comp is actually more to "gold" comp
Which is also different from "gold head".

Haha nks wont sell gold head at normal comps price la, gold head is generally more ex with a dark body and golden head.

altos wise every piece is unique, internet pictures usually tries to show them at their best.
when the altos reach home, every individual's tanks also got difference in terms of parameters, environment, regime, feeding etc etc and every single details is a factor towards how the fish may react.
try to "know" what you bought. then from there observe and see how it develops or stabilises. instead of randomly buying then trying to see what it matches most closely to, which we do sometimes, but is very confusing for a beginner.

the little comps guy start to swim out more often today..definitely yellow.


NLS has this cichlid formula pellets, and this NLS "medium fish" packaging...the ingredients look the same except for the size difference.
