until today i dun understand why 2 albino parents can have non-albino offsprings...
anyway, few days back the pair spawned again, but the eggs all came out of the cave - i suspect too many 'intruders' going into the cave and the daddy cannot take it so probably accidentally fanned the new eggs out - i took the whole bunch of yellow grapes out for 'artificial' hatching: |

haha it's all about genetics too...for albino parents, 75% chance to have albino offsprings (dominant allele) and 25% chance to have non albino offsprings (recessive allele)...sometimes first few batches all would inherit the dominant allele, then after that might start to appear the non-albino offsprings..my platys are starting to have non-red offsprings already..just my 2 cents
