The current 3 do appear a bit lacking in experience.
Best arrangement may be to put tharman as PM for 1-1.5 term then 4G takes over. |

Supposed to be voted by the ruling party, but we would be able to guess who has the most influence in our current ruling party to "out-vote" everyone.
