kadiology, I would suggest to remove 2 or 3 at a time ONLY IF it is a serious case. . After a 2mths later then another reomoval.

I could be wrong but if he has 30 scales jagged. That mean have to sedate the aro 10 times. Your whole procedure will tank 20-30 months!

Maybe it is better to do it at one go? Maybe not?
