bro...i suspect this fella suffered from chlorine burns or sudden PH shock...that fella lost quite a bit of slime on the top of the scale..i advise that u should add some bio guard to promote healing and growth of slime...it should be alright

Maybe, but chances very slim. If due to chlorine burn, its tail and fins shld also be burned. Most probably due to stress. Change of env stresses a fish n stress also leads to lost of protective slime n make it sick. But if bio guard is effective in treating loss of slime coat, I think no harm trying.

Bro check your filteration. Check for ammonia or nitrite level. Most probably it's ammonia burn.

so far so gd...doing well,even eating well too...3 bull frogs per meal....still monitoring it...
