sorry for the late reply.. it's been an exceptionally busy week at work and i reckon it's really hard to arrange for viewing, as much as i would like a higher offer...

guess i've answered all questions so far and if there're any more queries please ask and i'll answer to my fullest knowledge..

i've had feedback about the tank being old, and need inspection, etc.... i can only say it's running in full force, but i cannot guarantee no leakage when it reaches your place (what if it got knocked along the way?)

AND my starting price has already factored in the age and condition, so bid if you're comfortable with all the above...
