In my opinion, the entire team of TKL should be shot for being so clueless including TKL himself. They had no idea that "many people who had asked him to contest," are the very few that voted for him. More than 90% of voters did not consider him fit as an EP. Out of the approximate 103,000 who supported him, all are against TT, that is certain. Surely a certain number could have voted got either TJS or TCB. TCB only needs 10,000 more votes whereas TJS no matter what happens will still lose, but he is taking most of the opposition votes.

Well we all have to accept this and hope for another chance again, but for TKL, I think he and his team should not enter politics. As a statistician, he is really hopeless not knowing the odds were stacked against him since he announced his decision to run.

Also on reflection, if either TJS or TKL opted out, the outcome would be very different for TCB.

If a second round of re-election is permitted, I am very sure Dr Tan Cheng Bock will be the clear-cut winner.

We have done what we need to do but our man didn't get elected. Hope the result will keep both P@P n TT on their toes.

I agree that there should be a re-election but I doubt they will do it as they know TCB is actually more popular.

The election is lost by TJS, TCB, TKL right from the start, TT knows that, probably he is laughing all the way to the bank now, $20 million for 5 years,
TKL should withdraw.
TCB, what a waste, could have finish off TT.
