My two pieced died at 8". Just died for no reason, just refused food leh. Got other rays and 1 smaller one no problem.

think very few people managed to keep till breedable size.. 3 days ago just bought 2 females from JZX(new shipment) and till now still refuses FBW. bought tubi today and not sure if they are eating. hopefully they are.
my 2 male went straight for FBW once inside tank though..

think they quite prone to SDS too though.. your water was totally fine?

they are the smallest ray species.. max at around 12" +/- probably can get slightly larger in the wild.. i've read before they can start to breed at 8 - 9 inch. dunno how true.

thanks bro! my tank's 422. 2 pairs will be cramp for them when they grow up.. will probably keep only 1 pair if im unable to upgrade the tank.

i guess they are still pretty hard to keep! had only been keeping the 2 males for around 1 week + and the 2 females for 3 days. hope all can grow well and it will be my dream to breed them.
