That I didn't expect ppl to comment the female to the extend of pdr. Cause until now i haven seen any pdr that have spotting in such manner. Hopefully I clear the air... I'm not disappointed with my choice. If any bros seen any pdr that look like this kindly show picture of the rays. Yeap as mention come from Bd parents. Yup didn't pay bd price for this pair.. I create this thread to show the stages of the pups. Along the way can learn and advise each other. Still now My pocket not so deep as yours yet. So for now can only admire your thread. |

Hi TS , keep fish don't so stress la...end of day keep bd , bdleo or pdr still p13. As long as price is within ur budget and like u mentioned u didn't pay bd price, I would say its a nice pair of Leo. Each person definition of PDR from BDleo and BD and differ a lot. But end of day what impt is u like the fish ok Liao.
Also from my humble view, 2 very nice rays may not necessarily produce nice off springs. And from what I heard la...2 bd can give birth to bdleo or per standard rays. So If u believe in seller integrity den just listen to what your heart says and give them ur TLC. They will sure reward you and grow up to be shui shui! Just my 2 cents view. Cheers n regards |

bro, enjoy your new rays. if every pair of bd produces stunning quality pups, then very soon bds will go the way of cross backs. if it makes you feel any better, I have seen worse bds around. yours are quite ok to me

Bro....you have a nice pair of ray. Keep it, and enjoy the growing stage.
personally, I can accept a breeder telling me that his BD parent produce not so nice BD and sell cheaper. But selling it as a BDleo.....I think is a different story all together. Personnally again, BDleo is never close to BD or BD will never become a BDleo. An ugly BD is Not a BDleo. The tone of white n black is different. |

Nice rays, they always look so cute when they are young. Just enjoy keeping them and don't be obsessed with the name.

Agree to prevent further misunderstanding it. That why sell as bdleo rather then a bd. Even though from bd parentage. Ok here my definition, 1. Side spot cannot should be complete break abit it ok. 2 Spots compact. 3. Eyes must at least have spot. 4. I count the row of spots that How i gauge how compact is the spots. Bd should have 5 rows. 5. Under belly (optional cause will only come out during the stage of semi adult.) 6. Tail must be short and p13 tail Care to share yours? |

Not stress really I just want to learn and listen to everyone views. Price not within my budget but I squeeze out quite a lot more for this pair. I agree with what you state. Trust seller, so you have the same view as me. You also mention if bd parent offspring doesn't come out as expected how to sell as bd right. As what you mention to you it a pair of bdleo. Male is sold to me as bd, care to share what kind of chractertics it lack of to be qualify as BD? Cheers. |
