Wah.... 6x3x3 for the pair...... Hmmmmm.....

Bro Checkerbox, do they pair up easily? Or a pair is already tough to come by?

The above qns is to help me make some tough decision.

suggest u leave the tank as it is , to see if the pair really spawn with same conditions.
of course u may possibly lose some of the "unpaired ones" in the process as they are pretty aggressive when they want to spawn if confirmed.

But for me, it is worth the sacrifice even all the others if this "pair " really able to spawn. But that's my personal 2 cts worth

sometimes leaving some others in same tank may even be another stimulus for spawning them in my experience

hi, congrats.. since your tank is big, I think it is ok to leave all the other inside.. (just my opinion) the parents will fend off the rest.. and do feed the rest if they laid eggs..

You must be a lucky one... usually it take 4 yrs for this fish to be mature... Mine 4-5 yrs still no sign...

Bros,

So a pair is rare. If a pair is rare then, will do my best to keep them on top of my priority, and the rest can be remove if necessary.
