Red Hill market sells them everyday. I spoke to the seller while I had lunch there today. There are two stores in the wet market, one with an old friendly uncle wearing specs, the other "less than friendly" younger man. The one which sells daphnia is the younger uncle. Opens till 10pm. But stocks might not last till then.

Please take note that Biotope Aquarium has ceased operation at the above premises. A "Property For Rent" notice was pasted on its shutter gate. I do not know where they have moved to.
