Haha hopefully it'll turn out alright...it's a bigger project than my office tank for sure. I'm currently still deliberating between biopellets or dosing ProdiBio Biodigest. The former is more "hassle free", but also more expensive plus I'm afraid biopellets will suck too much nitrates out for LPS/soft corals....and of course there's the nasty stories about cyanobacteria resulting from biopellets that I'm worried about.
Anyone with experience in both able to advise? I'm likely to go with a mixed reef LPS/Soft coral setup. Don't think I can afford the time to maintain SPS |

Tank isn't here yet, and it's one of my last additions. I'll source for it when the time comes

Anyway, do marine fishes need longer acclaimatization time than FW fish? All my fish die after a few days LOL. Luckily most are $1 fishes. Oddly, my shrimp is alive more than a week already. Corals are doing fantastic too! |
