CK - the tank you showcase nice and big but it didn't leave much area to appreciate it. For FTS... it will challenge even the most expensive wide angle lens around.
yeah, i think 10mm full frame also hard to take photo loh. but that tank... i still think change to FW and do a SA biotope nicer

I just noticed...but look at how thick that starphire glass is on the tank...must have cost more than a bomb!

Anyhow, research is a must la for anytype of fishkeeping... i still have alot to learn.
dono if it's local sia.. if its local must go see live LOL. yeah look like got window behind. but sitting on the sofa.. the view must be quite power at night. like a super-wide screen TV.

Haha hopefully it'll turn out alright...it's a bigger project than my office tank for sure. I'm currently still deliberating between biopellets or dosing ProdiBio Biodigest. The former is more "hassle free", but also more expensive plus I'm afraid biopellets will suck too much nitrates out for LPS/soft corals....and of course there's the nasty stories about cyanobacteria resulting from biopellets that I'm worried about.

Anyone with experience in both able to advise? I'm likely to go with a mixed reef LPS/Soft coral setup. Don't think I can afford the time to maintain SPS

Still reading up on livestock!

Currently planning the following livestock in order of introduction:

3x Anthias (1m2f)
1x Mandarin Goby
1x Purple firefish
2x Percula (1m1f)
1x Coral Beauty + 1x Flame Angelfish
1x Yellow Tang

Bro Wind.feng offered to help me DIY a refugium on top of my sump, so can raise copepods to feed the mandarin goby!

Tank isn't here yet, and it's one of my last additions. I'll source for it when the time comes

Where is SL?

Anyway, do marine fishes need longer acclaimatization time than FW fish? All my fish die after a few days LOL. Luckily most are $1 fishes. Oddly, my shrimp is alive more than a week already. Corals are doing fantastic too!
