Only MIW said economic is improving, salary increase 2.8% in 2018, more people got job, unemployment down.....hence increase this and that.

MIW ran out of ideas on how to increase revenues from external sources years ago, and with the dodgy performances from GLCs that cannot come out into the light, so they have been thinking of ways and means to fleece the people for additional income in order to plug the income gaps
