Fine and it should be clear to me. Very similar to our country style - with more TV and radio ads, the radio and TV licence fee still stay!

the key word is 'excess'.. we generally accept that some chatting is not only unavoidable but beneficial for building friendships on the net.

I would think that this is a gray line and it can depend on whether the mod like your nick anot (kidding, no offence ).

But I think it is good that the mods are constantly trying to improve the system, if does not work out, they can always screw the infraction thingy right?

Maybe can put it down in black and white how many % of posts then considered excessive, like that everyone will know...
